# Error Code : 0x008

**fix error Error Code : 0x008**

**This happens when the spoof interface cannot access the original file, so the error may be because the antivirus is trying to delete the original file or the original file has not been downloaded successfully.**

* **Check to see if all antivirus is turned off, especially for Windows 11 versions, sometimes antivirus will be turned on when resetting the device.**
* **Click fix error and wait for success then try again ! If you still encounter errors, please create a ticket**
